The Cheyenne Cattle Company in the Hitching Post Inn offers a luncheon buffet Monday through Friday. The food is not bad, with a beef roast and a turkey roast every day. The dining room is attrative but not elegant, with paper napkins. The star attraction here is the excellent service by long-time hotel employees who know everybody by name.
