Who would trust a place that has it's office looking like a giant basket? The bad reputation of the company with it's layoffs and production cuts leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth about it. They make party hostesses pay to sell them now and they regulate how many of their overpriced baskets you can buy (WHAT? They ought to be glad someone is willing to pay for one). Yet people flock in droves and bus loads to see the mecca that is Longaberger. It has pepped up its line with home accents and liners and bows and all the stuff you can hang on your basket (or hang your basket on). As far as basket quality, most of them seem well made and have good reputations, but really.....can you say 'beanie babies.' If you like it buy it, but know it is not really worth that to most people in the real world.
