I don't do this enough. That is, sit down and write an e-mail praising someone's outstanding job performance. This is the case with Jeff Westbrook. Jeff is responsive, courteous, patient and he always puts the customer first. When I ask Jeff to do something, I can walk away knowing that it will get done promptly and accurately.
