I have never had worse customer service than with Blue Zone Internet. More often than not, my internet was broken. I would call them and stay on hold forever, only to not be helped when someone finally answered. I finally got fed up and cancelled my service. Now I have been waiting for 1 month for someone to come and pick the antenna up off of my roof.
