Ortanique on the Mile can give any restaurant in Miami a run for its money for quality of food, service, and atmosphere. The style of food can best be described as Jamaican/Caribbean. I've never been disappointed with any meal, from steaks to lamb chops, to various fish dishes, everything is flavorful (not spicy) and delicious.
Be sure to arrive early for your reservations so that you'll have a chance to relax at the bar with what surely must be the best mojito in all of Miami. Ask for Joel behind the bar.
