My old car was notorious for having problems, so I rented a car several times from the Enterprise office on Route 32 in Vails Gate. The cars I rented were in good shape, not abused as many rental cars are (drivers tend not to be too careful with them!). The thing I really appreciate was that the rental agent at this Enterprise office actually gave me a ride back to my own office when I returned a car one day. Customer service is hard to come by these days, but I found it here. They were much friendlier (and less stressed) than some of the car rental agents you encounter at the airport.
