Jo Ann's in Newburgh is located right at the entrance to the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. Call me crazy, but I do not know how they stay in business. Their selection is adequate for an older Joann's location, however I do not see how cars make their way into this parking lot. I am serious. The amount of traffic on Route 9W and exiting/entering the bridge makes it a hazard to get in this place. As such, I am not a regular shopper here. If you do go in, the people are nice and they have decent fabrics. Just be careful driving!
