I usually wouldn't rate any kind of doctor's office for service, but customer service is a top priority at Windsor Dental and it clearly shows. The office staff is very professional. The few times I have been (I am a fairly new patient here), my wait time has been minimal. The hygenist responsible for my cleaning and x-rays was friendly and she did a much more thorough cleaning job than my previous dentist. She even took time to instruct me on proper brushing and flossing techniques, since mine apparently left some room for improvement. Windsor Dental seems to take a lot of different insurance plans and has a variety of office hours, which is convenient for those of us for whom it is difficult to get time off of work for doctors appointments.
