I recently had to get an estimate at Cimorelli's, after I had a car hit my Ford Taurus. The good news was that I was treated with friendly service. The people at Cimorelli's were very honest with me, explained where the car was damaged other than the obvious dents (such as, the car's frame was impacted). I received a detailed estimate from them promptly. The only bad news was that I could not have them fix the car, as the extent of the damage versus the value of the car did not make it worthwhile. I hope I will not have any damages to my new car, but should that happen I would definitely check out Cimorelli's again.
