Thank goodness for the fabulous cocktail list at Coyote Grill; otherwise, I probably wouldn't have stuck around with the long wait, the first time I ventured in. The key lime martini is fabulous and tided me over until I got to try their well-known tex-mex egg rolls and other great appetizers. Usually when we come here, we are full by the time our entrees arrive. The menu is as big as a diner, but better quality and more eclectic. Service can be slow, as it appears mostly students from the local colleges wait tables, but the Coyote Grill is still a great place to come with friends.
