I hired this co for two projects. I like the fact that they're punctual. The service however is okay. The real problem is that they charge a lot and it looks like there's no transparency or consistency when it comes to pricing. The worker that comes out usually quotes a labor price per hour that is different from the one quoted over the phone. The invoices are never itemized or clear when parts have been replaced which leads me to concluded this is the way they do business because they don't want to be open about their cost and their profit margins which might be outrageous in some cases. I will use them for small jobs and require detailed invoices in advance.
