I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Fotovat for about 10 years after being referred to him from another doctor for a second opinion. His is very nice and a great doctor with excellent credentials. He took the time to talk with me before and after my exam. I wouldn't dream of going to another surgeon and completely trust his judgement. Office staff seems friendly and I didn't have a long wait before I saw the doctor. This office is conveniently located on White Plains Road and there is plenty of parking behind the building.
