If you need a mechanic, I would recommend Abbott's. We just started using them last year and have been truly satisfied. My van started making a horrible noise and I just knew it was going to be a major repair. I called around 8:30 am Abbott's and they said bring it right in and they would be able to look at. They were not sure if they would be able to repair that day due to having a lot already on their schedule, but they would see what they could do. They called me right before lunch to explain the problem and the cost of the repair. I told them to go ahead and fix it and just call me when it would be ready to be picked up. I truly expected it to be the next day. They called me at 4:15 the same day and said it was ready. I couldn't believe it. They said one mechanic was ahead and schedule and was suppose to go home early, but instead he went ahead and stayed to fix my van. Now that is customer service. He could have gone home early, but he knew my dilemma--my husband has odd hours and usually has to go in at 5am and doesn't always know when he will get off. This helped out tremendously. We recommend Abbott's to my sister-in-law and she has been pleased as well. Always professional and very customer service oriented.
