If you're looking for a gym that doesn't cost a ton of money check out Fitness Works on Dauphin Street. When I first joined there was hardly anyone else ever in there. Maybe 10 people at the most. It has become busier over the last few months, but not too bad. This is a no frills gym... just a decent place to work out. The equipment is on the older side, but they do offer aerobics and day care during restricted hours.
