In the 4 years I have been working with them, they have switched hands three times! There was one wonderful year where they were very attentive to my needs, but there was three very low to average years. When they are not good, they don't return phone calls promptly or call you many times to make verify information you have told them five times already. When they are good, they are professional and well managed. So, it's kind of a crapshoot. Hopefully, this year the management will be good!
