I had just about given up on having lunch at at the mall, when I came across Max and Erma's. I gave the menu a look and was very intrigued.
First, the restaurant is very affordable for a sit-down place in the mall. Lunch for two was less than $20 not counting tip. I highly recommend the Roast Beef and Brie. It's delicious. I ordered half a sandwich with a bowl of onion soup and I really regretted not ordering the other half. The onion soup was also great. It's loaded with cheese, so you may want to hold the cheese if you're not a fan.
The service is also great. It's fast. The bathrooms are clean and it's a great place for kids.
Chili's is also located in the mall. It may be a good restaurant, but I don't particularly care for it. The fast food offerings are also somewhat limited - China Express, Taco Bell, etc.
