These apartments are centrally located not far from Ingles on East Andrew Johnson Highway. They're very nice. Rent is based on income and includes utilities. I know several people who live there and they really like it. All apartments have separate entrances and are on the first floor. Some are equipped for people with mobility handicap. I believe there is a senior nutrition site at the apartments that prepares lunch everyday.
