Shirley's Bakery makes the best cinnamon and raspberry rolls. However, it is a really bakery serving everything from dinner rolls to lunch. Their baked goods are so tasty that BYU has carried them in their bookstore and lured in many a new Shirley's fan with the fantastic smell of sticky glazed breakfast treats. If you visit the bakery around a holiday, spring for one of their seasonally decorated sugar cookies, which are smooth, soft, and buttery compared to the hard flat-tasting ones you find elsewhere.
