As an inexperienced sushi eater, Happy Sumo was a real treat. The upscale atmosphere made a regular lunch with friends feel like a real occasion. The Las Vegas and surf and turf rolls are both worth ordering. There are other options for those weary of raw sea fare, but to the newcomers and the slightly squeamish, I'd say jump right in. For those who are regular sushi revelers, enjoy. However, this is one of those places you may want to forget the price and just bask in the experience.
