I'm only evaluating Chili's from my personal experience from the Covina, CA location. My personal first experience with this place, I don't like it. The drinks in Chili's taste really nasty. The food was over priced and really slow. The food wasn't the greatest tasting either, I didn't care much about it. There are many other restaurants near by, so I would never waste my money there. I would never go to this place again.
