We've been frequent customers of the Margaritas on Dixie Highway in Erlanger so when the one off Mt.Zion in Florence opened up we were thrilled. However, that excitement died quickly as terrible service and not so great food arose. The first time we were there we were seated in the very back of the restaurant even though the place was practically empty! We were then forgotten about several times. The second time we went the food was okay but the service again was terrible. We were seated right in front next to the hostess station and still had to beg for service! We figured third times a charm right? Wrong, but we went back anyway. This time I ordered steak nachos and there were bones and large amounts of fat in the steak. When I inquired about it after nearly breaking a tooth the manager said "sorry, that is a packaging problem not us". Then stomped off! We received no refills of nachos/drinks after that and the waiter brought us our bill after being there 1 hour and not so much as a "how's your food?". We complained to the hostess but paid the bill minus tip. We won't go back to this location ever!
