Every time I decide to do a project around the house or need to fix something I know I can go to Home Depot and someone there can help me plan it out. I am not very handy and I know Home Depot is more geared towards contractors but they are always willing to help people like me. For the most part people their know what they are talking about I have been given the wrong information a few times but I don't blame the employees for that I blame poor training on the companies. The cashiers are usually fast and friendly even after I have seen ignorant customers cursing or complaining to them about sales associates. I also love the self checkout lanes when I only have a few items it's fast, when the people in front of you pay attention to the machine and learn to follow directions.
