I am very happy with the service department at Jim's Lawn Shop! When I accidentally sucked a brick into my snowblower I messed up the blades and sheered a pin. When I took the machine into their service department they advised me of the cheapest way to get it back in running order - even though they lost money on the deal. They treat you as you WANT to be treated!
