The interaction I have had with Dr. Kenneth Cheng have been great. My son went to see him to determine if there was a problem with his eye when he was around 9 months old. Dr. Cheng was very thorough, and he made it easy for a wiggling baby throughout the tests he performed. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I did have a very long wait after I was checked in, which I didn't understand, as I was the only person there at the time. He followed up with our pediatrician promptly, which I have found to be rare these days. We will be visiting him again next week for a regular eye exam for the same son before he starts school in the fall.
