On our last trip there, my teenager ordered a Chicken Jack Wrap-the manager promptly told us there was "no chicken" in that..uh..ok? Why is it called a Chicken Jack Wrap then? She also didn't know what was in the Lumberjack Vegetable soup when asked. The chicken salad is impressive but they need to give you more of it as the sandwich I had mostly lettuce and grapes and less chicken. If you are a fan of Arby's ..the Court Street Location is entertaining..if you're lucky a train will rumble by and you'll have some very cool grafitti to view as it lumbers past. Worth the trip-even if the staff is uninformed.
