Although I used to like their deals and such, I’ve recently had a horrible experience with them. I found a printer on sale, and after I ordered it, I called to make sure everything was ok. I called 3 times after that and each time the representatives assured me everything was ok. However, after not receiving the item for a week, I called back a 4th time and was finally told the item wasn’t coming. They wasted my time and lied to me. Ridiculous.
