I personally think this is one of the better Barnes and Noble bookstores. It is probably the best looking one I have seen. It is also in a fantastic location. They have a cafe and plenty of couches if you want to "chill" for a bit. To compete with Borders they should consider having live entertainment in their cafe, preferably singer/songwriters. Evanston is a thriving artistic community so this would fit in nicely.
The store has two floors and is a great place to "kill" an hour or so and take a break.
If you can't find the book you are looking for the helpful staff will order it for you.
