I have seen quite a few films here since I started visiting Park Ridge. The theater could use some repairs and some improvements to the sound system. Theatre #1 is it's main building and was built in the late 1920's. It's very cool to see a film here. They are showing first run films nowadays, it used to be a second run only theatre. It is still cheaper than any cineplex. Tix are $5 before 5pm and $6.25 after. There is not much charm or character to the other three screening rooms located in the annex of the building. I really enjoy visiting Park Ridge and am happy to hear this building has achieved landmark status.
