Prime Quarter Steak House is a very happening place. It is a place that is often times booked on the weekends and sometimes even the weekdays. Also, I know of many people that hang out at the bar their on the weekends and enjoy it thoroughly. Prime Quarter is different than many steak house in the aspect that you can cook your own steak if you choose. There are two large grills approximately 5 feet by 10 feet in size. (It is well ventilated.) If you choose not to cook your own steak you may still select the meat and the employees will cook it on the grill in front of you. If you have the opportunity to go to the Prime Quarter Steak House, take up the offer. With a steak you get the salad bar, and the baked potato bar. There are so many options on the salad and potato bar that that alone is enough to fill you up. Getting the salad and potato bars only is also an option. Also when choosing a steak you get to choose from Filet Mignons, Ribeyes, Kabobs, the fish of the night, and many more. Also next to the grill are many spices to flavor your steak with, and there is also texas toast, so you can grill up some garlic toast if you would like. The dessert is always an excellent choice if you still have room. All in all Prime Quarter Steak House is a excellent place and has something for everyone, including kids. I suggest trying it. It is rather pricy but well worth it!!!
