Hopyard Road's Cheese Steak Shop is a small, efficiently run business that caters mostly to those seeking quick but delicious weekday lunches. The interior is very cozy, and dotted with tables and chairs that are usually taken during lunch hours. You're expected to clean up after yourself and throw away your trash, but unfortunately some patrons don't do so, leaving you to clean your own table. The walls are covered with photos of other shops in the Cheese Steak Shop chain, creating a very casual, 'back home' atmosphere for diners. Sandwiches, including both steak and chicken varieties, are made to order with your choice of cheese or no cheese, peppers or no peppers, and so on. If you like, you can add thick french fries and a self-serve soda to your order to create a complete meal.
