I once had a teacher who worked part time at a Sears store, so I’m well-versed when it comes to the old store slogan! In fact, it’s true that Sears has more for your life, and if you take advantage of the Black Friday specials this year, you’ll even save a ton. The Sears located in Stoneridge Mall is the one in my neighborhood. It’s reasonably clean most of the time, but the racks are so close together in some locations that you’re out of luck if you’re trying to shop with a stroller or walker. With the exception of Black Friday and major sale days, the store is generally quiet and peaceful, and it’s easy to find salespeople for help if you should need assistance. The lines on Black Friday are insane and you can expect to wait for as many as two hours if you want to be one of the first through the door – as a reward, though, the earliest of the early birds will be rewarded with $10 gift cards upon entry. Sears offers a wide variety of items, from tools to jewelry to clothing to toys, and many items will be on special the day after Thanksgiving. Check them out!
