Chinook is so good at fleece, hats, mittens, boots and ear warmers that one might wonder how they stay open in the summer. That's when you can get water gear, though, and Tevas and biking maps. Reliable big brands as well as some charming smaller companies. Not cheap, but not ludicrous. Look for sale items in the back.
