Charlie's Kitchen is where you end up on a Friday night after your late movie gets out and you're not ready to go home but you kind of want a beer somewhere laid back. No pretensions here, just cool vinyl diner booths and a $2.75 cheeseburger place. Who cares if the fries came out of the freezer, the burgers taste good and there are of the zillion beers on tap. The jukebox upstairs is a mix of kitch and classic rock, so you can load up on AC/DC and John Cougar Mellencamp. Good times. You won't come out reeking of smoke anymore, just kitchen grease.
