Renee's isn't trying to do anything fancy. Sure, it has four special Benedicts on the chalkboard every day. Sure, you can get smoked salmon. But basically this is a pancakes-and-eggs, second-cuppa-coffee place. The veggie benedict is especially good and you can get it with both spinach and tomato if you ask. Good coffee and a few different teas. Comforting french toast. Come early or late on weekends to not wait. They close at 1:30 but if you sneak in at 1:20 they'll still feed you. Nice waitresses.
