I needed to get my engagement ring repaired. The prongs had loosened, and the diamond had come out. I was under the impression the prongs needed to be replaced. I took my ring to Real Gem jewelers and left it for repair. When I went back to pick it up, it looked better than when I got it in the first place. They didn't replace the prongs, they fixed them, and also cleaned my ring and buffed some of the tiny scratches out of the band. It was gorgeous! I paid less than $20.00! They also sell some lovely jewelry, much of it unique.
