Charter One at York and Grand is an ok Charter One. For one thing, the facility is really small and cramped. With all the cameras it just feels blah. Also they don’t always have the hersheys kisses. There ought to be. The line has never been too long and even still service is just ok. I’m not saying its bad, I’m just saying I can’t walk in there and know I’m going to get great fast service. It’s a toss up.
