We have a lot of trouble with these people. Our Suburban had been rear ended in a parking lot and the door would not open properly because the plastic along the bottom was bowed. Took it in and instead of trying to straighten out the bumper (like they said they would do) the glued the plastic down so that the door would open! They did not make us pay for this after my husband questioned them. Have had other problems, too. Not at all competent.
