Ian, the tech arrive on time (rare these days) and surveyed the install job. He gave me a honest appraisal of the true cost of the job, which was not what I was original lead to believe by Home Depot. He didn’t try to push the extra’s which I greatly appreciated. Once I agreement to an estimate; he got right to work as I cleaned my garage. Mostly I watch him, learning new pluming techniques I was unaware of. Job was done in 2 hours, allowing me to go watch my son play in Hoopla.
I got my new water heater install fast, on a Sunday by a very professional and friendly technician. Ian got the job done for $30 dollars less than the he had quoted by some reengineering of the existing vent work.
