I've been with this business for over a year now and I have not had a problem with it. The only reason why I don't rate this as world class is that they do not follow up on their promotions. They had a promotion of giving out a clock radio if you signed up for a checking/savings account. I signed up with the appropriate amount of money in each account, and I never received my items. I did call them about it, and they basically told me tough luck. Oh well. When it comes to depositing money/transaction statements, they are really good about that!
