A wedding that I was in used Louie's for tuxedos. I was a disaster. When I went to place the order, things were disorganized and seemes chaotic. the salespeople didn't seem to know what they were talking about and had to check with the managers for even simple questions. Picking up the tuxedos wasn't any better. Again, there were people running everywhere and about 15 people waiting to pick up their tuxedos. What a mess! They definitely lack organization.
