What can you say about Subway? They are fairly good, reasonably priced and employees are friendly. If you're a tourist who wants to eat local food, this is probably not the place to go, but if you are only comfortable eating what you know-- it's fine. They do have some specials (small subs are about $3 on special).
Some downsides to eating here are that they used to have a frequent buyer program that gave small stickers you could put on a special card and once the card was full you could exchange it for a free sub and they have phased that program out. We pretty much quit eating there once the incentive program was gone. There is a sandwich shop that is much closer to our home that we all like a lot more.
This location is well maintained, food is fresh and employees have always been nice.
