In all 13 years of having a dog, my family took him to the York Animal Hospital. He took good care of my dog. If there were any problems with him, whether they be minor or major, Dr. Ross Thompson always made suggestions to improve our dog's health. Also, and probably most importantly, when it was time to put our dog down, Ross handled things professionally and with empathy and compassion. He is a nice doctor. Relates to patients, and doesn't deal you a bunch of doctor jargon. Very down to earth and helpful.
