Their sales people are not particularly knowledgeable, and their customer service is terrible. IME, you can only get help during regular business hours and even then you won't get a straight answer about what's going on, and whether or not they can actually help you resolve the issue is iffy at best. Used their service for six years because it was the only local service offered other than our phone company, and have been MUCH happier since switching. more
