I have had the pleassure of having a great meal and dining experience here, unfortunately I have had the entirely opposite experience as well. i think the food is wonderful and everything on the menu is good tasting and great portions. Try the chips and dip for an appetizer. The dip is anything you can make, but homemade potato chips--a treat! The down side to Daks is that the service can be great or awful. I waited an entire meal before getting my water refilled. Not good, not good at all. However, they have a great outdoor area for when the weather gets nicer and it is pleasant to be there, so enjoy the food and hopefully you will get great service to boot!
