I've shopped at borders in other places and think they are a decent book store. I can do without the coffee shop inside the bookstore, but I'm sure the appeal is there for others. I usually wait until I have a coupon to shop here because the prices are a bit higher than other book stores. For sure the music and DVDs are overpriced and I would shop elsewhere for these.
