I have been dealing with this company for just over a year now and have yet to be even vaguely disappointed.
Whenever I have placed an order it has been shipped and received promptly. The coffee is delicious and I couldn't imagine ever going back to the old style coffee pot. We're spoiled... and LOVING it!
Any time that I have contacted Janelle with even the smallest question she has answered it immediately.
Best of all... when our machine broke down she brought us a new machine that very day.
If I had to rate this company on a scale of 1 - 10 they'd be an easy 12 !! ^_^
