I came here with a friend looking for wedding flowers, and the employees were so far from helpful it was embarrassing. They just pointed us in the vague direction of some catalogues and left us to ourselves. If we wanted catalogues, we could have looked online. The store itself is pretty average, run of the mill stuff and doesn't seem to make much effort to make itself attractive to customers, which is really too bad. Their flowers are generally pricey and nothing spectacular. I'd buy my flowers at a grocery store before I'd go here.
There are definitely flower stores in Provo, don't waste your money here.
