My parents took me to New Concept for dim sum the last time I was home and I have to say that it was definately the best dim sum I can remember having. My dad even said he hasn't had such good dim sum since back in Hong Kong. I've never been to Hong Kong, but I have to say this stuff is great. The buns (bao) are really delicate and have great flavor and delicious fillings. The steamed dim sum is also light and not greasy. And unlike most dim sum places, there are no cart so you don't have to sit there stressing out trying to find the dishes you want. You're presented with the menu, you check the plates you want, and they make them fresh in the kitchen for you. A great place.
