From the outside, one would want to avoid the Seaboat. Ignore the exterior, and you will enjoy a truly delicious meal. The southern fried chicken is outstanding. I have been told by others, that the catfish is truly out of this world. The smiling service makes everyone feel welcome. The Seaboat is located off of the beaten path compared to most places of business in Champaign. I say take a chance and experience some true home tasting goodness.
