Although this store can be on the "loud" side, I still enjoy shopping here. I just wish they didn't have the music up so high!
We have made many purchases at our local Best Buy. From televisions to dishwashers. When we bought our home we had to buy a gas dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All three had to be installed, not only was the cost a good deal but they were able to take care of it within a couple days. They have one person that handles their install jobs and he is excellent!
A few times we have been disappointed with the customer service since there are so many younger kids working here. They could use a little more education on the products they are trying to sell.
My older sons spend much of their money here since they can always find the latest CD's and DVD's. And lets not forget their selection of XBox games!
They have a rewards program that we have taken full advantage of! With our large purchases we have been able to turn around with the rewards program and receive a DVD player and DVD holder priced that holds over 400 DVD's for a little over $20. So, if you shop at Best Buy and are not a member of the rewards program make sure you sign up!
